Human Drizzle Presents @ The Alibi, 5th June

A BIG thank you to all of you that made it down to The Alibi last Friday night. We had a super time, and hope you did too. Here are a few of the pics taken on the night, please keep an eye on our Facebook page for the rest of the bunch.

Shouts go out to all of the DJs behind the ones and twos, including the bouncy, bootleg-filled set from Swin, and of course Hot Karl taking it a little deeper before Paradise Forum’s staple retro sound. After midnight we were treated to two ace sets from SlothBoogie and Ben Gomori, the latter of which was recorded by the good man himself and is a blinder! Thanks, Ben.

Human Drizzle Presents will be returning at the end of the summer, so get our your diaries and block out Friday 25th September. We’re taking over Basing House and are very excited about who we got coming down. Hopefully see you there…

Human Drizzle Presents @ The Alibi, Friday 5th June

HD_June2015_flyer_digitalThis Friday Human Drizzle Presents returns with an extra special FREE event. We’re taking over The Alibi in Dalston from 8pm, and with the jam-packed line-up we’ve pulled together, you’d be a lunatic to miss it.

Regular readers will know we’ve been big fans of Ben Gomori since he blew us away with the below remix back in late 2012, and especially after his storming set he played for HDP at the Yard back in 2013, we’re very excited to welcome him back in to the HDP fray. We’re also excited to welcome SlothBoogie back, the DJ and blogger who helped us get HDP off the ground at our first event. He’s DJed all across Europe since then, runs a number of successful events in London town, all whilst keeping his finger on the pulse updating his popular website of the same name.

We’re delighted to have the soul and disco influence of Paradise Forum as part of the night’s musical make up, and our very own Hot Karl will as ever be providing his usual high energy, high emotion performance. We’re happy to have Swin kicking things off from 8pm. His regular podcasts and mixtapes are a sure fire winner for these sunnier climes.

All of this, for free. It’s a no-brainer. Tell your pals about it on Facebook over here and feast your ears on these energetic grooves from a recent Paradise Forum mix to get you in the mood.
