Human Drizzle on Spotify

It may not have escaped your notice that we have taken what might loosely be termed a “break” from posting on the blog.

To continue hearing music that we are loving, check us out on Spotify.

You can find a decade’s worth here – including our Best of 2020 playlist:

Human Drizzle: The Playlist, October 2017

Ain’t done one of these for a while now have we?

All our favourites from the last few weeks in one easy-to-use playlist. Highlights would have to include Pépe’s debut on Lobster Theremin, Dan Shake’s new one from the the brilliantly-names ‘Shakes On A Plane’ and a couple of tracks from Permanent Vacation’s excellent new compilation.

There’s also Jessie Ware-like smoothness from newcomers Silk House, D.I.S.C.O from the likes of Junktion and thatmanmonkz and a couple of forthcoming tracks on Future Classic to lighten the mood too.

Human Drizzle: The Playlist

We’re taking a break from the blog for a while, but follow us on Spotify and subscribe on YouTube for more monthly playlists.

Human Drizzle: The Playlist, March 2017

Soundtracking the first few days of Spring with our March playlist.

This one’s filled with gems from Project Pablo, Seb Wildblood and Tom VR,  alongside top quality remixes from Cleveland, Kornél Kovács and Lauer. London duo Wayward return after a two year hiatus and Octo Champ drops an infectious cut on the Let’s Go Swimming label.

With some more thought-provoking moments from Howling, Krankbrother and Lane 8’s collab with Kidnap Kid too, there’s a lot to get your teeth into…

As per, give us a follow over on SoundCloud or Twitter for more of the same. Enjoy.

Human Drizzle: The Playlist, February 2017

Jam-packed full of goodies this one.

A nod must be made to Cin Cin’s sixth release and their split 12” featuring gems from Elliott Lion and New Jackson. London-based Fold finally releases his 3-track EP on Moxie’s On Loop label, Krankbrother recruit Fort Romeau for remix duties and Matthias Reiling, Art Alfie and Coeo bring the funk.

Sweely’s timeless ‘All The Reasons’ finally gets a release on Distant Hawaii and we welcome back Wolf Music with an excellent offering from Hodini. Not to mention the totally exquisite moment from Z-Lovecraft on South London label No Bad Days.

There’s a lot to digest. The pensive ‘Songs For Knotty’ from Ishmael Ensemble should ease you in nicely…

Human Drizzle: The Playlist, January 2017

January’s edition of our monthly playlist is bursting with a wide range of talent from all across the globe.

There’s a strong presence from excellent South London labels Church, No Bad Days, Rhythm Section AND Chaos In The CBD’s new In Dust We Trust label. Disco belters on Razor-N-Tape Records, Eglo Records and The Black Madonna’s new label We Still Believe, an ode to 90’s rave from Australian producer Francis Inferno Orchestra and a tasty addition to London pals SlothBoogie’s (fairly) new premieres feature from G. Markus.

And one for the diaries. 4th March we’re having a party. Lock it in.

Human Drizzle: The Playlist, June 2016

It’s been a long time coming, but (guess what!) our latest playlist is here. Featuring enormous bangers from Laurence Guy and Isaac Tichauer alongside more whimsical numbers from the likes of Dems and András, it’s the only soundtrack you need to a summer full of rainy park sessions (if you’re in London like us) / blissful campfires on the beach (if you’re somewhere better). Jump in.
