‘Blood Carpet’ is one half of a double A-side from West London rising star Only Real. Those of you who scan these pages regularly will know, we think this guy’s got talent. Akin to the other half of the release, ‘Backseat Kissers’, this new tune is totally carefree. Vocal harmonies, meandering skeletal guitar riffs and a lyrical parade that lies somewhere between Jamie T and King Krule. Have a listen to both tracks:
